Andrew Wilson

Owner and CEO

Andrew is the Owner and CEO of Moppers Cleaning Service, where he leads the company’s vision, operations, and long-term growth. He remains closely involved in building the systems and standards that ensure every client receives reliable, high-quality service.

Before stepping fully into entrepreneurship, Andrew served in the military, where he developed discipline, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to excellence—values he now brings into every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys being active in the gym, playing tennis, and other outdoor activities with his wife and son. His focus on consistency, performance, and continuous improvement carries over from both his military experience and his personal lifestyle into the way Moppers Cleaning Service operates every day.

Catera Wilson

Owner and COO

Catera is the Chief Operating Officer of Moppers Cleaning Service, where she oversees daily operations, team coordination, and service quality. She plays a key role in ensuring every client receives a consistent, high-standard experience from start to finish.

With a background that includes both college education and hands-on janitorial experience, Catera brings a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver detailed, reliable cleaning services. Her practical knowledge, combined with her commitment to excellence, helps set the standard for the entire team.

Outside of work, Catera enjoys staying active, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Andrew, and their son. Her dedication to family, balance, and hard work is reflected in the care and attention she brings to the business every day.
